At Diorama Eduversity, we believe that learning goes beyond textbooks and classrooms. Through our Diorama Industry Programme, we continuously bridge the gap between theory and practice by connecting our students with industry leaders across media, entertainment, and business.
One such engaging session took place recently for our BBA students, where the spotlight was on the power of digital media and podcasting—two tools redefining how stories are told and brands are built.
We were honoured to host RJ Thathgat from Red FM, one of the most dynamic voices on Indian radio today, alongside Amit Deondi, a celebrated content creator and podcasting expert. The session was insightful, high-energy, and packed with valuable takeaways for young minds eager to carve their path in the digital world.
What Our Students Learned:
The Evolution of Audio Media: RJ Thathgat took students through the exciting journey of radio, from traditional FM to the booming world of podcasts and voice-first platforms like Spotify and Audible.
Crafting Authentic Content: Amit Deondi emphasized the importance of storytelling, tone, and relatability in the age of digital saturation, encouraging students to create content that connects, not just broadcasts.
Behind the Mic: Both speakers shared anecdotes from their careers, offering a peek into the scripting, production, and marketing processes behind popular audio shows.
Digital Branding & Personal Voice: The session also touched upon building a personal brand as a podcaster and using digital tools effectively to reach audiences in the cluttered online space.

Why It Matters
These interactive sessions are integral to the Diorama Industry Programme, a curated initiative that blends classroom learning with hands-on exposure to real-world trends. For our BBA students, especially those specializing in Digital Media, Marketing, and Communication, this session opened new avenues of thought, skill development, and career exploration.
"It was inspiring to hear how podcasts and radio are being used not just to entertain, but to inform, influence, and even empower communities," said one of our first-year students after the session.
As the digital media landscape evolves, Diorama Eduversity remains committed to evolving with it—equipping our students with the skills, mentorship, and industry access they need to thrive in tomorrow’s creative economy.
Stay tuned for more industry-led experiences at Diorama, where education meets execution.
